- Logistics: Insured transit; coordination with building management when needed.
My Process
- Discovery: photos, measurements, palette/mood; Zoom/Teams or in-person if local.
- Proposal: scope, quote, timeline; a 30% non-refundable deposit reserves studio time.
- Creation: layered passes; one–two checkpoints under your project lighting.
- Approval: final photos/video; balance due.
- Delivery: varnished, wired, ready to hang; insured shipping arranged.
Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks depending on size/schedule.
Policies & Revisions
- Checkpoints: 1–2 midpoint reviews for alignment (lighting considered).
- Revisions: minor adjustments at checkpoints are included; scope changes may affect timeline/quote.
- Cancellations: deposit is non-refundable once studio time is reserved.
Insurance & Protection
- Transit: shipments are insured; documented on dispatch.
- On-site: add the artwork to your policy after installation.
- Care: hang away from direct heat/sun; dust with a soft, dry cloth.
