5) Your responsibilities

6) Carriers & delivery
Supported by major Canadian carriers (e.g., Rogers, Bell, Telus, Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Freedom Mobile) and, where applicable, major U.S. carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.
7) Charges
Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. We do not charge separate fees for SMS. International roaming charges (if any) are your responsibility.
8) Privacy
We handle your personal information per our Privacy Policy (see the Site for the latest version). We collect your mobile number, consent status, and messaging events to operate the Programme and improve service. We do not sell your personal information. Learn more at: Privacy Policy.
9) Consent records & compliance
For Canadian residents, we comply with CASL (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation). For U.S. recipients, our Programme is intended to comply with applicable U.S. laws and industry guidelines (including TCPA/CTIA best practices). We maintain records of opt-in and opt-out requests.
10) Changes to the Programme or these terms
We may modify or suspend the Programme at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the most recent version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
11) Disclaimers & liability limits
The Programme is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Programme, including any delay, failure, or mis-delivery of messages.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies with the courts of Ontario.
